With experience working with Corporate Recruiters - Carlisle Staffing and Recruit, Gail has developed a sixth sense for building successful businesses.
Her aspiration to deliver exceptional service coupled with a drive to create a compelling recruitment service for major logistics businesses throughout the UK has served her well to work in tandem with her business partner.
Charlotte Harper:
With nearly seventeen years’ experience in the Recruitment Sector in middle and senior management roles, Charlotte Harper was well placed to develop the now hugely successful Harper and Guy Recruitment business.
Trading for 8 years, H&G provide specialist Logistics Recruitment Solutions to a range of Blue Chip organisations UK wide.
Expanding their services with offices in Manchester and Nottingham, Charlotte recently spearheaded the development of their Search and Selection Division, providing Middle and Senior Management Permanent Recruitment solutions, adding to their total managed solution approach.
